Time and Location
Middle School students are dismissed at 3:30 pm.  For the safety of our students, parents are asked to pick up the children at the designated pick-up point outside the Dome.  Students should not be picked up at any other location on campus without special permission.  All students should be picked up no later than 4:00 pm.

Extended Day

Students not picked up by 4:00 pm will be sent to Extended Day and their parents will be charged a fee.  Students will be in the dining room between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.  All students must be picked up by 6:00 pm as adult supervision ends at that time.  Any students not picked up by 6:00 pm are taken to the White House and may be picked up there.

Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency situation affecting the school, students will be dismissed only after a parent has been contacted.

In the event of a situation affecting an individual student, then the school will try to reach the student's parents or emergency contact person in the student's registration packet.  If they cannot be reached, the school will contact the student's physician.  If neither parent nor physician can be contacted, the student will be taken to Memorial Hospital-Memorial City, which is the hospital nearest to the school.  If the student does not have insurance, they will be taken to the nearest hospital which will accept them.
