A student who fails to maintain a 1.75 GPA will be placed on academic probation. Probation will be lifted when a student maintains a 1.75 GPA for two consecutive semesters. If a student fails to earn a 1.75 GPA for two consecutive semesters, she may be asked to withdraw from Duchesne. Families should be aware that college placement is very difficult if the cumulative GPA is below 2.0. A student who fails two or more courses may not be permitted to return to Duchesne the following term. The school reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw for poor academic performance.
