CROSS COUNTRY AT DUCHESNE

The Duchesne cross-country team not only teaches sport relevant fundamentals such as technique, form and race strategies, but student-athletes learn life-skills such as perseverance, focus, preparation throughout their running season. 

Our coaches take great pride in helping each athlete set personal goals and reach them by the end of the season. Coaches also strive to promote good individual performances for the benefit of the team.
